Commission Details

• Rate: Affiliates earn a 50% commission on each transaction made using their referral link.
• Limitation: Commission is paid only for the first transaction per customer.
• Basis: Commission is calculated as a percentage of the final sale price.
• Period:The 50% commission rate applies for 6 months after the first sale.

Commission Payment

• Pending Payment: Commissions become payable after 45 days (Commissions will be pending for at least this many days before they are considered payable).
• Schedule: Commissions are paid monthly.
• Payment Threshold: Minimum payout threshold is $50 USD. Affiliate payouts will not be marked as due until the total amount owed meets or exceeds this amount.

Campaign Privacy

• Affiliates are allowed to see sale/invoice/subscription descriptions for payments made by customers they have referred.

Termination

• Company Rights: Neolocus AI reserves the right to terminate the campaign without notice.
